Kindness, Connection & Inner Strength

At one level we may intuitively feel that being kind to ourselves and others is a wiser, healthier approach to life and relationships. However, at another level we may feel it’s hard to do this consistently or may even believe that showing kindness is a sign of weakness.

In this new series of drop-in sessions with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – we will explore Buddhas timeless advice and meditations to discover how learning to be more consistently kind to ourselves and others actually leads to ever increasing levels of healthy self-esteem and inner strength, as well as a deeper feeling of connection with others.

We will also explore how the more we live from this place of kindness, connection and strength, the more we find the deeper peace of mind and happiness everyone is looking for, as well as the increasing ability to be of real benefit to those we love.

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so please feel free to attend the entire series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
