The Joy of Letting Go
Letting go is an important practice in everyday life. Daily life provides many situations where letting go is appropriate, or even required. We have innumerable small and more complex situations which challenge us to let go of plans, fears, desires, preference, anger, worry and opinions. We are often afraid to let go of painful feelings and suffering and hold onto this due to familiarity, or misunderstanding. Learning how to let go skillfully is essential to a happy life.
You are invited to join us for an uplifting series of classes where Kelsang Drolma will introduce 4 ways of letting go taught by Buddha that focus on the joy, happiness and genuine mental freedom that arise from this skillful practice.

Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in Cork
Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
