Introduction to Foundation Program
In this free livestream event, Kadam Adam will explain the benefits – for everyone – of participation on our Foundation Program in meditation and modern Buddhism. He will also introduce the new book we will be studying from 24th August, entitled ‘The new heart of wisdom’.
This book offers a road map to realising the profound inner peace and happiness that comes from exploring the true nature of things, which Buddha described as a state of limitless possibility, known as emptiness. To see if the foundation program suits your needs, we are offering a free 3-week trial for those who may be interested. For those outside Dublin, you can participate on this program via correspondence. Please refer to our study page at this link to see full details of the program.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the free event. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream event, on the day of the event (at least one hour before the event begins).
Can’t attend the livestream workshop? No problem, the recording is available on demand for 48 hours after the workshop, to those who book before the start of the live event. Please email us if you require this link.
