Introduction to Foundation Program

BOOKING ESSENTIAL – Enjoying our drop-in meditation classes and events? Want to explore in more depth? and learn how to practically integrate these inspiring meditations and practices, more consistently into our daily lives?
Join Kadam Adam on May 20th, for this free public talk ‘An Introduction to Foundation Program’. In this talk – which is open to everyone – we will explore the benefits of participation in the weekly (Monday nights) Foundation Program in meditation and modern Buddhism, at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre.
Kadam Adam will also introduce everyone to the new book ‘The New Eight Steps To Happiness – The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness’ that we will be starting from June 10th.

We will explore how this life changing book offers a clear road map for everyone, to realising the profound inner peace and happiness that comes from integrating these meditations and practises into our everyday lives.
To see if the foundation program fits your needs, we are offering a free 3-week trial for those who may be interested. For those outside Dublin, you can participate on this program via livestream or correspondence.
