Roadmap to Inner Wellbeing 2026 (Cork) A Buddhist Approach
Kickstart 2026 with this 4-week course, with Kelsang Drolma where you can explore through meditations and teachings how to consistently improve and strengthen your overall inner wellbeing – your mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
Learn practices and insights – that Buddha taught – to help anyone discover how to live with real inner peace, genuine happiness and a stronger sense of who you want to be, and how you want to show up for life, in the coming year.
Learn how to live true to those qualities that reflect the best of who you are – more relaxed and present, less stressed or anxious, more loving, kind and resilient. Learn how to unlock the inner potential you already have to make this our most meaningful and inspiring year yet.
