Improve your mind, improve your life

NEXT CLASS JUNE 7 | NEW TOPICS COMING SOON

The quality of our lives depends not just on what we accomplish in our day or life, but also where we do it all from.

When we learn how to understand and train our mind, we unlock a calmer, clearer, more positive way of living — bringing greater maning, happiness, and purpose into our everyday life.

Drop in on Sunday mornings for this new weekly series of inspiring talks and guided meditations with Kadam Adam. Discover practical methods and timeless insights — that Buddha taught for everyone — that show you how.

Each session explores simple, powerful practices to help you live with greater clarity, authentic confidence, inner peace, genuine happiness and resilience in everyday life – no experience needed.

Apr 19 – How improving our mind improves our quality of life – with Kadam Adam
May 3 – Authenticity and living true to the best of who we are – with Kadam Adam
May 10 – De-stress, find peace, increase joy – with Kadam Adam
May 17 – Making peace with others, moving beyond conflict – with Kadam Adam
