It offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a deeply relaxing and inspiring weekend of practical teachings of modern Buddhism, that are suitable for everyone (as well as guided meditations), with internationally renowned Kadampa Buddhist teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes.

Kadam Bridget Heyes

Kadam Bridget Heyes is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang. She has been practising for over 30 years and she is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK and Ireland. Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life. Kadam Bridget shows an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
