Join Kelsang Drolma in this course as we explore Buddha’s wisdom together, discovering how to find genuine hope. This isn’t just about putting on a happy face—it’s about building a real sense of confidence that by becoming the best version of ourselves, we can shape an amazing future. We’ll look at Buddha’s teachings on karma—how our actions shape our experiences, and how a kind, pure mind helps us see and experience the world in a brighter happier way.

    Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
