Buddha taught very practical meditations and methods to improve and enhance our love so we can continually grow our capacity to love.
We all long for happy, harmonious relationships with our family, friends, and, in fact, everyone.
In this course with Kelsang Drolma, we will explore these powerful meditation techniques and views that transform our mind into love. Guess what happens for us when we love – yes, we get happier, more peaceful, and we benefit as much, if not more, than the ones we love.

Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in CorkKelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
