Healing Through Wisdom
It’s possible to become increasingly free from the mental and emotional impact of the tough periods we can all go through in our days and lives.
It’s possible to experience deep inner healing and peace of mind over time, through looking at our lives with wisdom.
Join Kadam Adam for this morning of inspiring talks and guided meditations, suitable for everyone, to discover how.
We’ll explore Buddhas’ liberating and empowering insights into the nature of self, that he called the ’emptiness of self’.
Discover how, in reality we are not fixed, nor do we need to continue to feel defined or limited by the tough times in our days and lives.
Learn how this opens the door to the freedom and confidence to live each new day from a place of deeper inner peace, genuine happiness and potential.
