Healing The Past
Note:- Attend in person at our new meditation centre in Dublin or livestream
We can’t change the past. However, it is possible to heal the impact it has had on us ever since. Whether it’s a falling out with a friend, a difficult period in our lives, the mental and emotional wear and tear of the last couple of years, or unhelpful habits of mind we feel stuck in, we can heal, move beyond, and become free of all of these.
In this meditation workshop with Kadam Adam, we will learn meditations and wisdom insights – that Buddha taught – that reveal how we can all heal and let go of the burden of the past, and discover our innate freedom and potential to change.
We will learn how to live fully in the present moment, from a deeper and more stable experience of peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner resilience. In this way, we will discover how it’s always possible to make a fresh start in our lives, and move forward with a renewed sense of direction, hope and optimism about the future.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper. For livestream bookings, you will need to book at least 1 hour in advance. You will receive an email with your link at least 1 hour before the session begins.
