Discover the deep peace of mind and inner freedom that comes from learning to genuinely forgive others and ourselves, enabling us to move forward with our lives and relationships, unburdened by past events.
In this series of talks and meditations – with Kadam Adam – we will learn deeply healing meditations and practises for daily life, that enable us to let go of past wounds, and painful feelings of anger and resentment towards others. We will explore how this creates an inner space for us to explore any difficulties we may have with others, with the wisdom that enables us to authentically forgive them, and move forward in a more positive and emotionally healthier way with our lives and relationships. Also, discover how we can let go of self-criticism and feelings of guilt, and genuinely forgive ourselves, when we make mistakes in our lives and relationships.

Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
