Heal The Past, To Create The Future
We may feel stuck in blaming past events, others or ourselves and thereby remain stuck in a state of hurt, anger and resentment or even feelings of guilt and inadequacy, which can prevent us from moving forward with, and fully enjoying our life.
In this series of meditation classes with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – through talks and guided meditations, we will explore Buddhas timeless advice for everyone and meditations, to learn how to let go of the past and, in time, deeply heal any impact it may have had on our mind and life.
We will also learn how to live more fully in the present, with an ever increasing peace of mind, happiness and sense of freedom to create the future we want, a genuinely peaceful and happy life, one brand new day at a time.
Feb 23 – The peace, freedom and joy of living in the moment
Mar 2 – The power to create the future we want, one day at a time
Mar 9 – Healing relationships – with guest teacher, Anne Crehan
The following series will begin on Mar 16 with Kadam Adam.
