Know Your Mind, Heal Your Life

We all want to experience more peace, joy and inner resilience in everyday life and in reality, we all have the potential to. At the same time, we can feel stuck in a rut of the same old patterns of thinking and unhealthy emotions that continually undermine our peace of mind, happiness and self-esteem.

In this new series of talks and guided meditations with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – we will explore how getting to know our mind really well leads to a whole new perspective: we discover we can change, we can heal, we can let go of whatever burdens our mind.

We will learn a simple, yet profoundly empowering meditation to experience the clear sky essential nature of our mind, that reveals, at its heart the mind is essentially open, light, the very nature of peace and joy, and infinitely flexible.

We will learn how this experience helps us to let go of what bothers our minds, including distraction, anxiety, stress, anger and self-criticism. We will explore how this opens the door to the ultimate freedom to change, to transform how we view ourselves and life, that leads to deep inner peace and happiness in daily life.
