MIND TREAT – REFRESH, REFLECT, MEDITATE
Suitable for everyone, these drop-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddha’s wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week.  
 
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. The teacher will then give a talk based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy, daily lives. The class concludes with a second guided meditation so that we are confident to begin practising on our own.

Everyone is welcome, drop in any week.

Booking Info

Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.

Members fee: Free
Standard fee: €8
Standard Class Card: €24 (4 x classes for the price of 3 – buy online & pick up card at the door or pay at the door)
Concession fee: €6 (Unemployed, pensioner, student)
*Please pay at the door for concession fee. No proof needed.

    Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
