Discover How to be Truly Happy (Cork)

From a young age, we receive an education and, throughout our lives, we often learn many different skills and technical subjects. However, we have never learnt how to be happy all the time, even though this is our deepest wish.
This is everybody’s basic wish for real lasting happiness, and so it is the most important knowledge and experience we wish to experience true lasting happiness.

In this 4 week course, Kelsang Drolma will guide us on Buddha’s incredible methods to make ourselves truly happy, and how to increase and maintain this happiness in our everyday life.
These are tried-and-tested methods through the centuries and apply to everyone, religious or non-religious—perfect methods to bring about real lasting happiness.
