Habits of Happy People
Buddha explains simple attitudes that we can all learn to cultivate that will make us really happy. On this course we will explore through teachings and guided meditations how we can cultivate the happy minds of inner peace, gratitude, acceptance, and joy. Of course, one of the best habits we can develop is a daily meditation practice that will help us each day to be happy no matter what life throws at us.

Mar 31 – Joyful Mind
Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching, and an opportunity for questions. No previous experience required.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the class. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream class, on the day of the class (at least one hour before the class begins).
Can’t attend the livestream class? No problem, the recording is available on demand for 48 hours after class, to those who book by Wednesday 6pm. Please email us if you require this link.

Kelsang DrolmaLocal teacher for Tara KMC branch in Cork
Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
