Growing Through Our Relationships

Whether it’s our family, friends, work colleagues or others, our relationships can become our greatest teachers. They can challenge us — yet also offer powerful opportunities for real inner growth. Through them, we can learn to be more authentically ourselves, open, honest, genuinely loving, patient, kind and empathic. In this way we can find deeper inner peace and happiness in life, as well as increasing harmony and stability in our relationships with others. In this brand new series with Kadam Adam – through weekly talks and guided meditations – we’ll explore how.

Nov 18 – Seeing relationships as our teachers
Nov 25 – The courage to love
Dec 2 – Why people push our buttons: finding peace with ourselves
Dec 9 – Letting go of blame & expectation: finding peace with others (with guest teacher Aileen Hartley)
Dec 16 – Love the ones you’re with: live a life you love

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so you can either attend the entire series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

This class will be livestreamed for members.

The next series will begin on Jan 6 with Kadam Adam
