Each week in this online livestream series, Kadam Adam will introduce us to simple – yet deeply liberating – meditations and practises for improving our mindfulness in everyday life, that have proven effective for centuries in helping everyone accomplish this.

Mar 23 – Freedom from limiting beliefs, and feelings of guilt & inadequacy
