We all long to live our best lives, to wake up each morning feeling inspired and energised, confident in the knowledge we are making that dream a reality.
In this meditation half-day course with Kadam Adam – which is suitable for everyone – we will explore meditations and insights to unlock our potential to accomplish this.
We will explore Buddha’s most profoundly inspiring and empowering insights into the real nature of things, that he called the ‘emptiness’ of things. We will learn how we can all practically apply these insights in our everyday lives and discover a new found creative freedom to become the person we wish to be and create the genuinely happy and inspiring life we want to live.
We will also explore how to combine this growing experience of freedom with a practical understanding of the law of karma, to release inner obstacles and cultivate the internal causes and conditions to confidently manifest our best lives, from the inside-out. An increasingly peaceful, happy and abundant life.

- Kadam Adam StarrResident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin
Kadam Adam Starr is the Resident Teacher of Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre, Dublin. He has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam has been teaching meditation and Kadampa Buddhism extensively in the UK and in Europe since 2004. He returned home to Ireland in 2017, where he has continued to teach throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
