Freedom to Choose How You Feel

Take some time out on this relaxing morning meditation course – discover how we all have the potential to gradually gain control over our mind so that we can experience increasing levels of peace, joy and happiness and over time gradually learn to let go of unhelpful negative states of mind that limit our ability to enjoy a happy life.
Buddha explained in detail methods to generate deeply peaceful and positive states of mind. Once we are familiar with these methods, we can practically apply them in our daily life. In this way, we can come to know through our own experience that we do not have to feel stuck with negative moods, feelings of unhappiness or lack of self-worth or self-esteem. Instead, we can gradually gain confidence in our ability to choose how we feel, day by day, moment to moment. 
In this meditation course with Aileen Hartley, we will explore a step by step approach to understanding the mind, where our negative feelings and turbulent emotions come from and how to identify, reduce and let go of them using meditation and wisdom advice from Buddha.  Everybody is welcome.
