Free Public Talk –
An Introduction to Foundation Program In Meditation & Modern Buddhism

Enjoying our drop-in meditation classes? Want to explore in more depth? and learn how to practically integrate these inspiring meditations and practices more consistently into our daily life? Join Kadam Adam on Monday, 12th September, 7pm to 8.30pm for a free public talk ‘An Introduction to Foundation Program’.

In this talk, we will explore the benefits – for everyone – of participation on the Foundation Program in meditation and modern Buddhism, at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre. Kadam Adam will explain about the new section of the book ‘The new heart of wisdom’ that we will be starting from September 19th.

We will explore how this section of the book offers a road map for everyone, to realising the profound inner peace and happiness that comes from integrating these meditations and practises for daily life, known as the Lamrim (stages of the path to enlightenment) into our everyday lives. To see if the foundation program suits your needs, we are offering a free 3-week trial for those who may be interested.
