Finding The Joy, In Everyday Life
Whether you feel you’re in a good place in life – happy and healthy – or not today, this series is all about how we can continually improve on where we’re at today, finding a deeper peace and joy in everyday life.
Just drop-in on any or all Sundays during this new series, for a morning of guided meditations and practical advice with Kadam Adam, to discover how.
Learn practices that people have been training in for centuries, to feel a deeper feeling of connection with others, to grow through the challenging days and find increasing inner peace, presence and happiness in everyday experiences.
Discover, whilst everyday life can feel mundane at times, it doesn’t have to, and whilst this world can be a tough place to be on some days, we really can bring back the joy into our everyday experience of life.
