Finding a Deeper Joy

Note:- Attend in person at Dalkey Castle

Is it really possible to experience a deep and stable feeling of joy and positive energy in our normal daily life, even in these challenging times we are in? Thankfully, yes, and as we all know, right now in our world, it has never been more necessary.

Whilst our experience of joy at present may feel fleeting and elusive, in this series of talks and meditations with Kadam Adam, discover how we can all learn to train in meditation and helpful ways of relating to everyday life, that will consistently increase and strengthen our experience of joy, happiness and positive energy.

Through this approach, we will naturally and positively change how we relate to ourselves and others. We will discover the relationship between our increasing happiness and a growing sense of authentic self-esteem, as well as how it opens the door to a deeper connection with, and love for others. In this way, we will learn how we can bring a profound sense of inner peace, happiness and joy into our own lives, and in time, the lives of others
