Finding Balance, in an Unbalanced World

An unstable world, the pressures of modern life. It can leave even the most resilient of us feeling unsettled and off balance.

In this half-day meditation course with Kadam Adam learn inspiring meditations and insights that Buddha taught for everyone, to improve this.

We will explore how to reconnect with and strengthen our often-neglected inner wellbeing – our mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing

Discover how this naturally brings more harmony and balance to all areas of life, including self-esteem, relationships, work, and physical health.

We will also explore how much mental and emotional exhaustion comes from trying to fit in and be someone we’re not, and how learning to live true to the best of who we are and focusing on what matters most brings deep peace, happiness and meaning, as well as benefit to those we love.
