Embracing Change, Building Resilience
Change is inevitable, and yet all too often unpredictable. Whether it’s an unwanted change – such as a break up, losing our job or health problems – or even a positive life change, it can be unsettling and lead to increased feelings of fear, anxiety and uncertainty about the future and our ability to navigate these changes in a healthy way.
In this day course with Kadam Adam we will explore meditations and Buddha’s timeless advice for everyday life, that enable us to embrace all of life and the inevitable flow of change in a way that consistently builds a capacity for peace of mind, flexibility, resilience and genuine happiness, no matter what change comes our way.
