Seeing Things Differently (Cork)
A pure mind sees a pure world. An impure mind sees an impure world.
What if the problems we experience don’t exist in the fixed, solid way they appear? In this inspiring and practical course, with Kelsang Drolma you will learn how to see yourself, others, and the world in a completely new way through the liberating wisdom of emptiness.
Based on the teachings of renowned meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this course will explore how understanding the nature of reality can free us from all suffering and mental pain. Through understanding that our self is not as fixed as we think, we unleash huge potential for inner and outer transformation.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, come along to discover through teachings and guided meditations how a change in perspective can change everything.
Everyone Welcome.
