Dealing with Difficult People (Cork)

Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So, what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with? So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build, and we can feel like another person is making us stressed and miserable.

In this 4 week course Kelsang Drolma will teach practical methods for dealing with challenging behaviour in others and letting go of stresses and frustrations that can so easily arise.  Experience for yourself how to keep your cool and respond in more constructive and balanced ways. We all need these methods for our daily life.

Drop in whenever you can, as each class is self-contained.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

Everyone is welcome!
