Dealing with Difficult People (Cork)
Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So, what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with? So often our priorities differ, our opinions clash, conflicts can build, and we can feel like another person is making us stressed and miserable.
In this 4 week course Kelsang Drolma will teach practical methods for dealing with challenging behaviour in others and letting go of stresses and frustrations that can so easily arise. Experience for yourself how to keep your cool and respond in more constructive and balanced ways. We all need these methods for our daily life.
Drop in whenever you can, as each class is self-contained.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
