Meditation Day Retreat – Letting Go of The Past
Take some time out on this day retreat with Kadam Adam at Tara KMC (Dublin), to discover the power of meditation to help us let go of the past and move confidently towards the future we want.
Whether it’s simply a recent falling out with a friend or some unhappy time from our distant past, it can be hard to fully let go of the often unhelpful thoughts, feelings and emotions we carry with respect to these events.
We may blame situations, others or ourselves and get stuck in feelings of hurt, anger, resentment or guilt, for days, or even years. Not only can this prevent us from fully enjoying our lives and relationships in the here and now, it can also get in the way of us moving forward towards the life we want.
In this meditation retreat – which is suitable for everyone – we will explore proven meditations and Buddhas timeless advice on how we can all learn to relate to our past with a wisdom and fresh perspective, that naturally leads to a new found freedom to let go of the emotional burden of that past, and move forward to the genuinely peaceful, happy, and fulfilling future we want.
