The Courage to Love
Love can be a great healer. It can bring real joy, harmony and stability to our relationships with family and friends, as well as increasing inner peace, meaning and happiness to our lives.
However, is it possible to remain open-hearted and authentically loving in the face of difficult patches in relationships, and difficult people? In this meditation retreat with Kadam Adam, we will discover how it is possible, for everyone.
We will explore meditations and Buddhas’ timeless advice to develop a growing confidence in our potential to maintain a deep and stable love in our hearts, no matter what’s happening in our lives and relationships.
Discover how learning to maintain genuine love in our heart at all times – and in all situations – encourages us to find freedom from living defensively and allows us to let go of feelings of hurt, anger or resentment.
Indeed, our past difficulties and emotional wounds in relationships can serve as a springboard for our own personal growth and development, as well as a catalyst for finding a deeper peace, happiness and stability in relationships.
