Countryside Meditation Retreat –
Mastering Meditation,
A Deeper Peace & Joy

Enjoy a weekend away in the tranquil setting of Loughcrew Estate, Co. Meath on this meditation retreat with Kadam Adam. Take some time out to deeply relax, refresh and discover the deeper peace and joy everyone can come to experience, through learning to master the art of meditation.

Discover how to become free from the normal mental busyness and distraction that so many experience in meditation, that can lead to a lack of confidence in our ability to gain deep experience of meditation and it’s benefits for our inner well-being.

Through talks and guided meditations, we will learn a special training in meditation – known as tranquil abiding training – which will enable us to develop and maintain, a deeply relaxed, undistracted and single-pointed mind of concentration, so that our meditations on cherishing love, compassion, wisdom and so forth will have the power to bring about deep and lasting positive change in our hearts and lives.

We will explore how we can continually improve the power of our mindfulness and meditative concentration, and in time master the art of meditation. In this way, we will discover the deep and stable inner peace, happiness and emotional well-being that this training gives rise to in our everyday lives.
