The Confidence to Change (Cork)
Be inspired. Find joy. Let yourself grow.
Do you ever feel like you are your own worst enemy? Do habits like procrastination, discouragement tend to hold you back. We all have bad habits. We tend to identify with our habits and as a result can easily feel stuck and unable to change.
Buddha’s teachings teach us how we can relate to ourselves in a far more positive way. On this course with Kelsang Drolma we will learn how to recognise our potential and our ability to overcome our habits. In so doing we can develop a special spiritual confidence that empowers us to become the person we really want to be. Everyone is welcome.
Preferably please book in advance. Walk-ins welcome. You can pay cash at the door or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper.
