The Confidence to Change
Everybody wants to change for the better, it’s a natural human instinct. To be more happy, to have better relationships, to feel more consistently relaxed, confident, and successful in our lives.
However, at present we may feel we lack the consistent confidence that it’s possible for us to truly change, and to let go of the habits that may be holding us back from living the life we really want.
In this series of drop-in classes with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – through talks and guided meditations, we will explore Buddhas insights into the psychology of change, and how real and positive change is entirely possible for everyone, through the practise of meditation and improving the quality and consistency of our mindfulness in daily life.
We will learn how to let go of any self-limiting beliefs or habits of mind that may be holding us back in our lives. We will also explore how to unlock and continually cultivate our potential for deep and lasting positive change in our minds and lives.
In this way, we will develop the relaxed confidence we are becoming the person we want to be more and more, day by day, and moving our life in the direction of the truly happy and fulfilling life we really want.
