In this meditation half day-course with Kadam Adam – which is suitable for everyone – discover how to view life from a fresh perspective, that leads to increasing confidence in our capacity to face the inevitable difficulties we meet in life (and in our world) with a new found openness, acceptance and courage that naturally leads to deep peace of mind, happiness and resilience in everyday life.We will learn meditations and practices for daily life – that Buddha taught for everyone – to help us recognise, let go of, and move beyond the unhealthy emotional responses, insecurities and limiting beliefs that can all too easily be triggered when we meet adversity in life.
Learn how to approach all of life with a greater sense of confidence, ease and flexibility that enables us to develop and maintain a genuine feeling of optimism, emotional well-being and inner strength, through the ups and inevitable downs of life.

Kadam Adam Starr is the Resident Teacher of Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre, Dublin. He has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam has been teaching meditation and Kadampa Buddhism extensively in the UK and in Europe since 2004. He returned home to Ireland in 2017, where he has continued to teach throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
