Coastal Meditation Retreat | Enjoying Meditation, For Life

Take a break from it all! and give yourself the time and space to enjoy a deeply relaxing and inspiring weekend away in the tranquil coastal setting of Ballyvaloo retreat centre, Co. Wexford on this meditation retreat with Kadam Adam.

Many people love the idea of meditation and the promise of the deeper peace of mind and happiness it can bring to our lives. However, for all too many at the beginning it can seem like hard work and even for those who have been meditating for years, our practice can lack consistency, energy and joy at times.

In this retreat, we will address and explore practical solutions to the challenges we all meet in meditation – based on Buddha’s timeless advice for everyone – whether we’re new to meditation or we’ve been practising for many years.

We will learn how to continually improve and build on our meditation experience in a way that brings ever increasing joy and confidence in our ability to meditate and in our own potential to experience a deeper peace, happiness and inner freedom in daily life.

We will also explore how to continually improve our practice of mindfulness, to enable us to carry the positive experiences and life changing insights from our meditation sessions, more naturally and consistently into our everyday lives.

Through this we will discover the profound benefits our meditation practice can bring to all areas of our life, and over a long and happy life. We discover what it means to enjoy meditation, for life!
