Making Peace With The Past, Embracing The Future – Coastal Meditation Retreat
Enjoy a relaxing and inspiring weekend at the tranquil Ballyvaloo Retreat Centre, Co. Wexford, on this coastal meditation retreat with Kadam Adam, suitable for everyone.
About the retreat
We can’t change the past, but we can make peace with it. And while the future is uncertain, we can learn to accept and be at ease with whatever comes.
By living fully in the present, we can guide our lives towards a peaceful, happy and fulfilling future, free from past burdens.
Through inspiring talks and guided meditations, Kadam Adam will share Buddha’s practical teachings and meditations – that he taught for everyone – on impermanence, emptiness (the true nature of things) and karma.
Together, these help us move beyond the past, live more fully now, and discover the freedom and confidence to create a life we love, one day at a time.
As a result, we can find greater groundedness, ease, inner peace, happiness and resilience today, along with genuine optimism for the future.
What you’ll takeaway:-
– Peace with the past – Learn how to let go of past burdens and find emotional freedom.
– Presence and ease – Practical tools to live more fully in the present moment.
– Confidence for the future – Greater resilience, optimism and trust in your ability to shape a rich and fulfilling life.
