Mind Like
a Clear Sky Retreat

Imagine your mind as clear, radiant and expansive as a clear sky. On this livestream meditation retreat, discover how this is entirely possible, for everyone. In this retreat, Kadam Adam will explain and guide the profoundly relaxing and deeply healing meditation on the clarity of the mind, that everyone can integrate into daily life. Whilst this meditation enables everyone to develop strong mindfulness and deep concentration, it has so many more benefits than these.

Discover how we can use this meditation to let go of unhelpful habits of mind, begin to release past emotional traumas, as well as experience the vast capacity of our mind for the development of good qualities such as love, compassion, wisdom and resilience. In this way, this meditation opens the doorway to a journey of deep inner healing, peace of mind and emotional well-being.

Through talks and guided meditations, Kadam Adam will take us into the heart of this practice. The third session will conclude with a Q&A.
