Take some time out, to step back, relax and experience a calm, clear, spacious mind.

In this morning meditation retreat – with Kadam Adam at the Pavilion, in the University of Limerick – discover how to let go of what’s bothering your mind and experience the clear sky essential nature of your own mind through the practice of a simple and profoundly healing meditation, sometimes called ‘The clarity of the mind’ meditation.

Learn how to use this meditation to connect to the innate peace, joy and vast potential of your own mind for the development of good qualities such as love, kindness, generosity, fearlessness, resilience and so forth.

Discover how this meditation enables us to transform our mind into our greatest ally and in this way open the door to finding ever increasing peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner well-being.

    Resident Teacher at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre in Dublin

    Kadam Adam Starr is the Resident Teacher of Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre, Dublin. He has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

    Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam has been teaching meditation and Kadampa Buddhism extensively in the UK and in Europe since 2004. He returned home to Ireland in 2017, where he has continued to teach throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
