We all want choices and one of the most important things we can choose is to be happy. Why do we not always have this choice and how can we start to have this as a real option in our life? We would never really opt to be stressed or unhappy but often we end up worried and stressed, as we do not know the real stable methods to increase our happiness.
During these classes you will be introduced to meditation techniques to experience real methods to become happy and gain power to free ourself from negative thinking and emotions. We will start to have a real choice to BE HAPPY.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the class. You will then receive an email with a link to the livestream class, on the day of the class (at least one hour before the class begins).
