How to Feel Calmer – A Buddhist Approach (Cork)
In this meditation course, with Kelsang Drolma, we will explore some practical, tried and tested techniques that will enable us to learn how to respond to difficult situations with a calm and positive mind. By training in these meditation methods we can discover a new source of happiness and resilience from within – a profound experience of inner peace that is always accessible and that can be used to solve our daily problems.
Through deepening our inner peace we can protect ourselves from negative states and unhelpful responses and remain calm and unruffled in the face of life’s challenges. How good is that!

Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.
