Staying Calm in a Stressful World (Cork)
In our modern world it seems that, whatever our lifestyle, we will inevitably experience much stress and anxiety. But so much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind, and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
In this meditation course with Kelsang Drolma you can explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable you to control your mind and thereby reduce and finally eliminate this stress. Through training in these practices and applying them in your daily life, you can develop an unshakeable mind that is always happy and relaxed, regardless of our external circumstances.
