Calm, Clear Mind in a Hectic World

Is it possible to keep a calm, clear mind and genuinely optimistic outlook on life, even in a hectic and at times turbulent world? Thankfully, yes!

In this new series of drop-in talks & guided meditations with Kadam Adam – suitable for everyone – we will explore a simple and inspiring meditation that Buddha taught, to experience the pure, clear essential nature of our own minds.

This meditation has proven effective for centuries in enabling anyone to 1) access a natural inner calm and clarity within their own minds, 2) easily let go of unhealthy, often painful emotions and 3) develop confidence in our potential to accomplish deep inner peace, happiness and good qualities.

Each week we will combine experience of this meditation with exploring wisdom based strategies for daily life to build a set of practical tools to find the increasingly peaceful, happy and meaningful life we all long to have, no matter how hectic our day or world.
Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so please feel free to attend the whole series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
