Blue Sky Mind

How big is your mind? A two-foot square? The size of a small house? As big as Dublin? None of those. Your mind is boundless. The scope of your awareness has no limits whatsoever. But we rarely – if ever – relate to it this way.

In this meditation course with international guest teacher Kadam Lucy James, we are going to dive into liberating meditations in which we come to experience the vastness and utter flexibility of our own mind. We’re not stuck in a small box at all. We all have the capacity to demolish this sense of limitation. The result? A level of freedom and well-being that we most likely have never before experienced. Everyone welcome.

About the teacher

Kadam Lucy James is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre London.
