In this livestream workshop, we will explore core insights and practices of Buddhism, from meditation and mindfulness, to understanding where our suffering comes from and how we can become free from it, and ultimately how we can come to enjoy lasting peace of mind and happiness. This relaxed and insightful morning – suitable for everyone – will include guided meditations and talks on the benefits that come from integrating Buddha’s advice into our everyday lives.
Please book at least one hour prior to the start of the retreat. You will then receive an email with a link to the sessions, on the day of the retreat (at least one hour before the retreat begins).
