The Art of Letting Go
Imagine a day or indeed a life, free of stress, anger, anxiety, fear, negativity and self-criticism. Whilst we may feel this is impossible today, in truth it can become a possibility for everyone, more and more, day-by-day.
In this series of talks and guided meditations – with Kadam Adam – Discover the deep peace of mind, emotional freedom and genuine happiness that comes from learning – and in time mastering – the art of letting go.
Each week, we will explore meditations and practises for daily life, that will enable us to recognise, reduce and let go of particular unhealthy or unhelpful states of mind, that can all too often burden our minds, leaving us feeling mentally, emotionally and energetically depleted and discouraged.
We will also explore the power of developing and maintaining a wisdom based, peaceful, positive perspective on life and the challenges we meet, that enables us to gradually become free of all unhealthy emotions and states of mind such stress, fear, anger and so forth.
In this way, we will come to experience a deep and stable experience of inner peace, happiness and positive energy that cannot be disturbed by changing external conditions.

Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
