It’s all too easy to get stuck in a rut of relating to ourselves and life in quite ordinary, mundane and limiting ways. At the heart of this, is the ordinary sense of self we normally relate to, such as simply lacking conviction in our potential to live a bigger more expansive life, or feeling we are intrinsically stuck, anxious, hurt, never good enough, and so forth.
In this livestream meditation retreat, with Kadam Adam, we will explore Buddha’s liberating insights and meditations on the true nature of reality – known as emptiness – in which he revealed how this ordinary sense of self that we can feel so stuck in, does not reflect the truth of who we are, and indeed that we can become free of it.
Discover how meditation on emptiness gives rise to an inner experience of deep freedom, flexibility and creativity, through which we can solve our problems, actualise our full potential for peace, happiness and good qualities, and vastly increase our capacity to be of help to our family, friends and others.

Kadam Adam has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for many years under the guidance of the fully accomplished meditation master and internationally renowned teacher of Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Originally from Dublin, Kadam Adam spent many years teaching in the UK and in Europe before returning home to Ireland, where he now teaches extensively throughout the country, as well as internationally. He teaches from the heart in a clear, warm and relaxed way, that is always practical and relevant for our times.
