How real change is possible
In reality, we all have far more potential for positive change than we may feel at present.
In this series of inspiring weekly drop-in talks and guided meditations with Kadam Adam, we will explore meditations and insights that Buddha taught for everyone, to discover how.
Learn how to move beyond habitual ways of thinking and behaving that hold us back from living our best life or being of real help to those we love.
In this way we can live with greater love, kindness, compassion, inner peace, happiness and resilience today, as well as genuine optimism for the future.
Feb 3 – How real change is possible, in our lives, relationships and world
Feb 10 – Restoring faith in human potential, our own and others
