Everyone is welcome to take part in this International Festival. In this special Festival, Gen-la Dekyong will grant the empowerment of the Wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa. She will also explain how to develop and improve our faith in our Spiritual Guide seen as one with Je Tsongkhapa, and on the practice of Migtsema, the special mantra and prayer of praise and request to Je Tsongkhapa.

On this meditation retreat, learn how to live fully in the present moment, from a deeper and more stable experience of peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner resilience. In this way, you will discover how it’s always possible to make a fresh start in your life, and move forward with a renewed sense of direction, hope and optimism about the future.

Buddha taught that the root of suffering and illness ultimately lies within the mind. By freeing ourselves from this root cause, we can bring about deep and lasting healing of both mind and body, over time.
