These weekend events allow us the chance to explore the teachings in more depth than is possible at our drop-in meditation classes. Our regular in-person events are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training.
Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper. For livestream bookings, you will need to book at least 1 hour in advance. You will receive an email with your link at least 1 hour before the session begins.
We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, no-one receives a salary. The funds we receive are used to pay for our operating expenses. We appreciate that current times are financially challenging for some. If you have difficulty affording our fees please get in touch to discuss a concession. Email here.
