Suitable for everyone, our meditation workshops and retreats in Dublin are an ideal way to experience the benefits of Buddhist meditation and mindfulness training. These weekend events allow us the chance to explore the teachings in more depth than is possible at our drop-in meditation classes. Learn how to use Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques to solve daily problems, improve relationships and find authentic happiness. Events include talks, guided meditations and Q&A.

Our regular in-person events are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. 

Walk-ins welcome. You can pay at the door (cash/card) or book online in advance. If you book online, just bring along your booking receipt on your phone or on paper. For livestream bookings, you will need to book at least 1 hour in advance. You will receive an email with your link at least 1 hour before the session begins.

These regular online livestream events are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. 

Please book your place for each online livestream event at least half an hour prior to the event beginning.
You will then receive a confirmation email followed by a link to the livestream event (on the day of the event).

We use the Zoom webinar platform. If you have any concerns about being able to access our Livestream event or experience any technical issues then feel free to email Barry here or phone 01 492 7136.

We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, no-one receives a salary. The funds we receive are used to pay for our operating expenses. We appreciate that current times are financially challenging for some. If you have difficulty affording our fees please get in touch to discuss a concession. Email here.
