Kelsang Drolma is the local teacher for the Tara KMC branch in Cork. She is an ordained Buddhist nun and has taught in Ireland and the UK. She completed the STTP Special Training Programme in the main centre for the Kadampa Tradition MKMC. Drolma is well loved for her warm, clear, practical teachings. She teaches with a sense of humour really connecting with students, inspiring them to practice the teachings and apply them in their daily lives.

We all have an amazing potential to love and be a real friend to everyone. We limit this capacity almost believing we can only love and care for some people. We and others really benefit when we allow that potential to shine.
In this course we will explore practical and profound methods to increase our capacity to love, give to others, be patient, increase our concentration, and become wiser. These are methods we can integrate into whatever we are doing and in so doing we expand our friendship to many many more people. Over time using these methods we increase and increase this capacity becoming a genuine true friend of everyone. How amazing is that? Join us for this course..or drop in any week
