Simply Meditate, at Lunchtime

Take a peaceful break from your day, and enjoy these deeply relaxing meditations and brief advice on how to maintain that sense of inner calm, peace of mind and positive energy throughout your day. In this way we can return to our day with a calm, clear and peaceful mind, feeling genuinely refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day ahead.

The Power of Positive Thinking

Is your glass half full or half empty? Whether we experience a happy, meaningful life full of exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, or a stressful, unhappy life full of difficulties and problems, all depends on our way of thinking! Happiness and suffering are states of mind; with meditation, we can train ourselves to think positively and to maintain an authentic experience of inner peace, even in difficult situations, and discover the potential for lasting happiness and joy within our own minds.

Come and discover the Power of Positive Thinking!

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so you can either attend the entire series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Tranquil Sundays

Treat yourself to time out to relax, unwind, reflect and connect to your own tranquil mind. When your mind is more tranquil,  and spacious you experience your life very differently. Your usual problems naturally start to fall away, relationships improve, and physical and mental health is enhanced  and you  experience a deeper fun and joy in your life & relationships.

‘When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within’ – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

This class guided by Buddhist nun Kelsang Drolma, will include 2 guided meditations and a short teaching on methods to improve and nurture your mind. Everyone is welcome!

Training in Letting Go (Midleton)

Whether it’s a touch of the winter blues, increasing stress, anxiety or other unhealthy emotions, negative self-talk or tendencies towards overthinking and distraction, we can all get caught up in these at times.

In this new series of drop-in weekly talks and guided meditations with Kelsang Drolma, learn proven methods for everyone to train in letting them go in the moment and become increasingly free of them moment to moment.

Also, discover how to view life from a fresh new perspective that enables us to maintain a peaceful, positive mind no matter what’s happening in our day or life, that naturally prevents unhealthy emotions and the unhelpful mental habits that generate them, from arising in the first place.
