We all want choices and one of the most important things we can choose is to be happy. Why do we not always have this choice and how can we start to have this as a real option in our life? We would never really opt to be stressed or unhappy but often we end up worried and stressed, as we do not know the real stable methods to increase our happiness.
During these classes you will be introduced to meditation techniques to experience real methods to become happy and gain power to free ourself from negative thinking and emotions. We will start to have a real choice to BE HAPPY.
Love the Great Protector
“Everyone needs to be good natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful” How to Transform Your Life Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
In this course we will explore how love and kindness are based on reality and are an expression of our real nature. They never cause pain or worry, they only cause peace and joy. Love, as Buddha said, is the great protector. We need love in our hearts. Others need love in their hearts. This is the real solution to personal and world problems. In this 4 week course we will explore the transformative power of cultivating our loving and compassionate hearts to realise our fullest potential and find within the happiness we seek.
Everyone is welcome.
