Simply Meditate, at Lunchtime

Take a peaceful break from your day, and enjoy these deeply relaxing meditations and brief advice on how to maintain that sense of inner calm, peace of mind and positive energy throughout your day. In this way we can return to our day with a calm, clear and peaceful mind, feeling genuinely refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day ahead.

Change Your Mind, Change Your World

Everything comes from the mind – all our experiences, our highs and lows, our joys and tears. Therefore, if we can change our mind, we can change our world. When we understand how the world we see, the problems we experience and the happiness we know, are dependant on our mind, we will be confident that we can definitely use simple meditation techniques and our new-found wisdom to train our mind and experience the world with purpose, positivity and joy.

During this course with Kelsang Drolma, we will discover how our mind is the most powerful force in our world and by learning to change the way we view ourself, others and the world around us, we can transform every situation into a meaningful opportunity for inner growth and positivity. We will enjoy exploring for ourself the power of meditation to positively transform our lives, and in this way, be of real benefit to our family, friends and world.

Classes are suitable for beginners, absolutely no previous meditation experience needed and no special clothing is required.

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so you can either attend the entire series or drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
